I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job their staff did! They were awesome and even cut a rug with us at the end. People raved about the food for many days after the wedding and it’s always brought up when we talk about the wedding. From the very beginning of being in contact with them, they helped us get though all the menu planning and offered me many variations based on our budget. They were one of the few caterers that would work with it. In fact I had even been told by other caterers if I would consider cake and punch for the amount we had to spend. We had a few hiccups at the end but they handled them with professionalism and courtesy. It really was a joy to work with Southern's and I have referred people their way. I have no doubt that if I ever need catering again they will be my go to! Again, they have my sincerest gratitude for making our wedding day so great! I remember thinking as I was planning our wedding that all I wanted was for our guests to eat great food and have a great time. This is EXACTLY what we got!

My husband and I were met with many difficulties when planning our wedding, so having Chef Steve and Southern's Fine Dining exceed our expectations was a blessing! Steve was very helpful when deciding what foods to choose for our 250 person guest list. The food was amazing, and our guests raved about everything afterwards! Having a catering company that you can count on gives a bride one less thing to worry about for her big day!

Chef Steve and his staff fulfilled one of the top requirements for our wedding...excellent food. He and all of his staff were so fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning process. I loved that he really seemed to take a personal interest in what Scott & I hoped for our wedding reception, and suggested & prepared so many fabulous options to choose from. The was unique & delicious. Many of our friends are still talking about his "Austin Egg Rolls."
